How To Make Your Blog Posts More Readable

To attract readers to the blog post, where should we focus first ??

The blog title . Yeah I too agree. But sometime this strategy may not work well or partially work, all because you didn’t organize your blog post in well written or organized manner.

Cluttered presentation to blog posts doesn’t get too much attention from the readers, even if the post is highly informative.

You could loose your valuable readers, if you still not understand the importance of proper organization of blog posts.

Content is king~ As we all know, the content is best and above all. Apart from content, structuring your articles is next place to focus. So, structured your blog posts in clean organized manner before hitting to that publish button..

Some of tips I would like to share through the article, will surely boost your blog’s readability..

Introductory paragraph

Start with short and clear paragraph that introduce your article which you’re going to present to your lovely reader.

So that they will get clear idea about the article, and interested to read more about it.

Divide paragraph into tiny segment

Peoples can easily read the short paragraph or lines, vast paragraph are very hard to read..

Generally, peoples skip your important sections of your article, but with this they will be very cleared enough that what to read or to skip…

Make the use of graphics

Graphics explains a lot than the text speech…have a look at the pic. LOL

So it’s better to use some meaningful and perfect graphics for explaining some concept of your article. It’s really good for your reader and for you too.

This will also include some videos to your articles. Suppose, you’re teaching some lengthy or complex tutorial to reader, they may not get it with what you’ve written for them..

So in case use some video for better understanding of them, this can be alternative to your long written tutorial..

Forms categories and sub-categories for article

Forming categories is quite easy and fast way to let your readers know what exactly you’re presenting to them. And put some exact and valuable information in every point of list.

Organizing subcategory is decent way to allow your readers to jump between other categories of interest

Scanning through lists is better than vast paragraphs. Isn’t it??

Use basic text styles for text

Properly utilizing some text styles like bold and italics will make your important points to be noticeable. Underlining some of points that are important for your reader.

Using proper font to your text will be a main factor, it should be simple enough and at the same time it looks good with your blog style. Change your fonts in different section in perfect manner will be good to read.

Using bullets and numbering feature in proper way will make your blog post good enough to read…

Provide more things to read

Sometimes in your blog post there are many topics or concept that you’re mentioning along with main topic …but this concept can be new to your readers.

Make some arrangement for readers to read more about the concept and clear out their doubt.

You can solute this in two ways…Develop article about it on your own or link them to the place where they can get more on this( Example: Wikipedia.com )
